Quick Reference

• When you place an order with Blue Dog Natural Dye House, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
• Blue Dog Natural Dye House produces items using natural dyeing processes. Each item is unique and should be considered wearable art (or yarn that will result in wearable art). The care required to keep our products looking as vibrant as the day of purchase requires greater attention to detail than the average store-bought or synthetically-dyed item. Please read--and follow--the care directions included with your order.
• Blue Dog Natural Dye House uses natural dyes to produce one-of-a-kind products. For our upcycled products, we purchase from local and national retailers. Items purchased as new are also from local and national retailers. While Blue Dog Natural Dye House tries to identify retailers who produce ethically-sourced materials, we cannot guarantee the entire supply chain for our products is made with sustainable practices or via ethical business practices.
• Blue Dog Natural Dye House collects personal information strictly for the purpose of servicing your order and complying with taxing authorities. 
• Blue Dog Natural Dye House is not responsible for “Acts of God,” natural disasters, or events outside our control (e.g., strikes by delivery companies, loss during shipping and handling, etc).
• The purchase price of any given item is applicable only at the time of purchase. List prices may change at any time without notice.
• Shipping costs, and any associated fees, are paid at time of purchase and are the responsibility of the purchaser unless free shipping is being offered.
• Blue Dog Natural Dye House accepts returns for purchases made within thirty days. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Blue Dog Natural Dye House does not accept returns of “intimate” apparel (e.g., masks, socks, or undergarments) due to sanitary considerations. 
• Blue Dog Natural Dye House products are only available from our website. Items purchased elsewhere are not warranted and will not be accepted as a return. 
• Blue Dog Natural Dye House reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, pricing, or other information without prior notice.

Order Acceptance

Purchases are confirmed via email. Given that all Blue Dog Natural Dye House products are one-of-a-kind, it is possible an item may show as available that has been purchased by another buyer. While we will do our utmost to ensure our product list is up-to-date, we cannot guarantee availability. Any purchase of an unavailable item shall be refunded within 48 hours.

Payments

Blue Dog Natural Dye House accepts payments from all credit cards and PayPal. Our payment servicer is GoDaddy. Charges will appear on your card as Blue Dog Natural Dye House.

Product Shipment

Blue Dog Natural Dye House is only shipping to addresses within the United States at this time. Unless free shipping is being offered, the customer is responsible for paying originating shipping fees on all orders from Blue Dog Natural Dye House. While different options for shipping are available, please note that delays may occur, especially during peak holiday seasons. Any items shipped for free courtesy of Blue Dog Natural Dye House will be shipped using the shipping carrier and shipping speed of our choosing, though every effort will be made to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. If you need an order to be expedited, please message us and we'll see what we can do. (If free shipping is being offered and you would like the order to arrive sooner, message us and we can arrange a fee for the expedited shipping.) Those customers within 10 miles of Providence, Rhode Island may choose to have their orders delivered in-person.

Product Care

Blue Dog Natural Dye House hand-dyes our items with natural ingredients. If you have questions on the dye, method, and/or care for a given item, please do not hesitate to ask. We include care instructions with every order. Please share these instructions if giving one of our products as a gift.

Please note that, while we wash all products after dyeing them to ensure the color doesn't bleed, there could still be some residual bleeding. This is especially true for indigo blue. (Think about your jeans - they can turn you blue, and this is how indigo works!) If you follow our washing instructions and wash items separately, you should be just fine. 

Returns

We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you don't love what you order, Blue Dog Natural Dye House accepts returns on unworn and unwashed items. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item if you would like to return or exchange it (you have 30 days within receiving your item to return it for a refund). We will not accept returns on items that have been washed and have faded as a result. When you wash any of our products, you should hand-wash them in a PH-neutral soup and hang them to dry. This includes superwash yarns. We will not accept returns on items that have lost their color due to inappropriate washing.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing the refund. We will process the exchange  within 48 hours of receiving the item via the method used to pay for the original order. 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Originating shipping costs for orders are non-refundable. 

Certain items--for sanitary reasons--cannot be accepted as returns (e.g. undergarments, socks, masks). If you have a question on the ability to return an item, please contact us using our website or at dana@bluedogdyehouse.com. 

Reviews

We sincerely hope that you want to leave a glowing review on Google or elsewhere. If there is an issue, we ask you to contact us first and give us a chance to address the situation. We do not provide free items for review, nor do we reduce our prices for a review. 

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are offered, but they must be entered at check out to be redeemed. We do not “price match” other sites.

Additional Information

Blue Dog Natural Dye House reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to, prices, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice. When a product is sold out, Blue Dog Natural Dye House has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Blue Dog Natural Dye House shall also notify the customer of possible equivalent replacement products, if available.
